Placing your order

Credit Cards, PayPal, or Direct Deposit are welcomed.

 All our prices are in Australian Dollars. Please use currency convertor www.xe.com to convert to your local currency.

All payments are processed online securely and protected.

Delivery

Australia 

“Broken Tricycle” offers standard delivery within Australia. If you spend over $100 you will receive free standard postage.

Within Australia – Australia Post 

1. Full Tracking – you will be sent a tracking code so you can follow up your parcel. 

International

International shipping  (costs calculated at checkout)

Orders over $200 will receive free Australian Air Express International shipping.

Returns

“Broken Tricycle” accepts returns, see below for our process and policy. 

1: All returns to be sent back within 10 working days.

2: All products to be placed in a secure box or parcel and to be clearly marked to the address below:
